King's German Legion 1:35 by RAFFAELE NALIN

Good morning buddies..
Here a great scene sculpted and painted by RAFFAELE NALIN, I did the shots and He requested to share with you, for me is a great honor and pleasure.
It took a while to built it up.. the hard part has been the study and conception of the whole scene, the spaces, the figures position and the atmosphere in general... he said that he took the enviroment inspiration by WW2 scenarios.

Hi Buddies, my last work.. an old figure by Latorre sculped for ArtGirona Company.
The figure is really nice to paint and hope you like it.
I've tried to harmonize the tones using mainly browns tones, colors that I particularly love.

I really enjoyed paint this one... I've been so lucky to meet Piersergio, great person and passionate sculptor, also very very profesional and talented.
during the briefing we decided to give personality at the figure.. the glance should have been arrogant and self confident.. a really badass Hussar :)

Hougoumont - Waterloo 1815 - 1:35

Hi Buddies!..
I'd like to present a little news..
let me talk about it first.
Is a project born by a group of friends, moved by passion for this little world.
this year is the 20th anniversary that Raffaele Nalin (the sculptor) participates at contest shows, also is the 200th anniversary of the Waterloo Battle.. these events combined have given this project.
In this project I involved also the comics illustrator Enea Riboldi, very talented and great person ..
Here the card created by him that is included into the box.

At last, I'd like to show You the finished figure.
This is a special figure indeed...it has been sculpted by my Friend Raffaele Nalin as commemorative figure for an Italian Show and it has been a sort of gift for a Spanish friend that I met during the show... it has been really a pleasure to paint it at the same time You did mate, exchanging opinion, wip ect.
The great person who I'm speaking about is Jaume Ortiz.... really a very talented and great guy!
We all Italian guys enjoyed share time together...
